If I add an AU, can I cancel within 60 days from the time the AF is posted to have the AF removed? Or will they charge me a pro-rated price?

 Some info on the possible 7 years. from FT 

"  I previously held a Platinum card and canceled around ~2008, so about 7 years ago. I recently received a USPS invite for the 100k MR with $3k spend. I did not see any language about being ineligible as a previous acct holder in the offer letter or T&C (or I may have completely missed it). I decided to apply and was instantly approved. Hopefully I'll get the 100k MR and report back.  "

Plenty of no language offers come way before 7 years, that post is a useless data point, just sounds like a n00b that doesn't know about "no language" offers.

how's about his name came off a list after 7 years when Amex purges their records which is one theory at FLYERTALK and then marketing sent him an offer .

Is that what you mean by coincidences . Just curious , what are you giving up ?

My friend signed up for Jetblue to be his airline to get the $200 aircraft credit. Can he buy a $200 GC and have the money reimbursed to his personal plat cc?
