Just to double check, one has 60 days from the time the fee is posted to cancel the card and receive the AF back, correct?

I got a new priority pass since the old one expired. Thing is that I got this a few years ago and that platinum card was long closed. What would happen if I tried using the priority pass?

Do I lose Extended Warranty on items purchased with my Amex Plat when I close that account? I have other Amex cards open.

How does amex determine min spend periods?

Officially it's 90 days after account is opened. Is it 3 statement periods, or it has to be exactly 90 days from the date?

For example, if I opened account on 12/16, do I have to complete min spend by 2/16? or I have until the statement post?

According to Dan and others it should have worked. But about a year after closing an account I tried making an EW claim for something I bought right before closing and I couldn't.
Could be it was too long of a time but that card no longer showed up in my online account. When I tried doing the claim over the phone they said I can't because they couldn't look up my charge. It didn't help when I offered to submit a copy of my statement!!
That was my experience.

Officially 92 days and that would be about 3/16
