Logged into my account to go for this offer - went to the platinum card (not a cardholder yet, only an AU on family account - but have 3 other AMEX cards: PRG/SPG/Everyday) and the text "Apply for an Upgrade" were displayed, does this mean the offer is not available to me?
No, why are you logging into your account?

Nope, if you have a 100k referral, I'll use it, not taking a 60k point hit to be nice :)

Friend doesn't want to do Jetblue/PGGM. Can he just buy a $200 GC to whichever airline he chooses from the list and get the credit?

That's working again? I'll check to see if he prefers that over airline, but does airline GC work?

Was a glitch when it wasn't. Many datapoints show people received their credits after a while

MPX is working, as of now. There are gift cards that are confirmed working, see FT for details on that.

United, AA, Southwest, Alaska, and others, iirc. There should be more details on FT.

Why would you use gift cards for airfare, and forfeit the credit card travel insurances?

Regarding the new 100k offer, that ddfers have been using it for 6 months, does that mean they never had regular plat or they figured out how many years to wait to reapply?
