HI. I most apologize for my novice approach. Could you clear up one small thing?
Why are affiliate links down if website offer seems up? If website has offer page,
and I apply, will I get the offer? Thanks!
yes

If I had a PRG, used the 2017 $100 airline credit, then upgraded to a Plat, will I get another set of 2017 $200 airline credit?

Also, before the whole annual fee refund rules changed, when we upgraded, there was a grace period (forgot how long) in which we could revert back to old card with all the AF changes undone. Is it still like that now with the new 30-day refund rule?

DoC's got good stuff, but I don't think my scenario is covered:

http://www.doctorofcredit.com/get-amex-annual-fee-pro-rated-downgrading-card/

Though there is this line
Quote
The only thing that changes for downgrades is that we’ll have 30 days, not 60 days, to get a full refund starting September 1.

Not sure if that pertains to my question.

Re ur first question, yes. Question was asked upthread. Worked for me. It's a new product unrelated to the PRG.

Can I book a ticket for me and a friend with the Amex 50% back promo?
Or does his ticket need to be booked from his own account?

Recently signed up for AMEX Business Platinum. When I received my materials, I received a separate mailing showing the details of the Membership Rewards program, which included details of all the various cards that can earn miles with the program. One item that stood out was that the American Express Platinum Card (not business card) was listed as a card that did NOT allow transferring of points to miles (similar to some other cards that Dan usually mentions in his posts). Is this a change or am I misreading something?

You sure you have the right airline selected? I would call MR at this point.
