I was about to do a PGGM with a full refundable jb flight, but now I feel a bit apprehensive. Is PGGM, still safe? I'm afraid about the RATS task force. I don't plan on closing the card this year.

If it is risky, is there an updated list of what GC's and denominations that can be purchased?

I wanted to use the global entry credit by my platinum card but by mistake I went to the wrong website they made me pay $190 (on the bill it's coming up in two separate transactions one of hundred dollars by global entry in another $90)
Is there anyway I can cancel or disputed the charge?
Thanks
There was a discussion somewhere ( paging @TimT ). I believe there was nothing to do about it.

I tried to do the JetBlue idea, it all came up as one charge (ticket plus pet seat) does that make sense or is it not working anymore?

Seen a bunch of different info. If I want to downgrade from Amex Platinum (not business platinum) - do I need to go to green card or can I do Amex Everyday and retain my membership rewards without a new pull. I think that the Amex Business Platinum is a charge card and the Amex Platinum is a credit card, but don't know for sure. TIA

My travel agent wants to charge my credit card for hotels he booked for me he claims since he has a merchant account set up as travel I will receive 5x points. Is that true as I have realised that it says 5x points for airfare? If I won't get 5x how much will I get for travel expenses?
