I got an offer from amex in the mail for 100,000 points and I signed up for it and received the bonus. After a few weeks I received another offer in my name again for 100,000 points even though I had already successfully signed up with the previous mail in bonus  2 months earlier. Am I able to sign up with this mail in bonus again? Or was this a mistake on Amex is part?
There was no language stating I can't get the bonus a second time, but I never canceled the first platinum.
 thanks!
This is exactly why it's a good practice to wait until right before expiration, before applying for a direct mail no lang offer. When you apply and get approved you will soon be removed from a mailing list. So if you wait, you may get hit with multiple contacts in the mean time, depending on their cadence.
Just make sure it's a different offer code.

Wouldn't surprise me if the system clawed back the 2nd 100k from him.

Just called to close a new plat and the guy said i would lose my points (not just 60k bonus from the new plat but all 120k) if i close. I have an ED that he probably didnt notice. He was incredulous when I told him to close it anyway.
I'm like 99% not worried but... there is nothing to worry about right lol? No change that claws back points from a recent account if you close or whatever, as long as I have linked ED to same MR I am good? TIA

Does the Plat's annual fee generally post on the day the statement closes or does it post whenever the anniversary occurs? Thanks.

Got approved for biz plat on 5/30 and activated cards last night. At what point would I find out that I am/aren't eligible for a welcome offer despite/due to once per lifetime limit? When activating the card via phone, the rep confirmed the welcome offer on the account. Is that conclusive? Thinking I might have a chance at the sign-up bonus based on this DP http://www.doctorofcredit.com/everything-want-know-american-express-upgrade-offers/#If_I_Receive_A_Bonus_From_An_Upgrade_Offer_But_Haven8217t_Had_That_Card_Before_8211_Can_I_Get_The_Sign_Up_Bonus_Again but would like to confirm before putting $20k on the card.

You'll should get the bonus.

ETA got the 100k/$10k portion of the bonus!

Any data points on someone downgrading a BP, and re-upgrading it before 6/1 to get the 50% benefit extended for a year? By data points, I'm looking for someone who did this and had a rep tell them they see in their account that the benefit will expire 5/XX/2018.
I downgraded on 5/18, upgraded on 5/24. The benefits tab on my account is saying that I only get the 35% benefit. Not sure what to do about it.

Benefits tab is irrelevant in this regard.

So how can I confirm that I will receive 50% back?

There is a banner on some accounts that say you'll have the benefit

True, but that doesn't specify if a downgrade and upgrade would qualify. The mailers, and emails also gave that info, now that you mention it.

I downgraded/upgraded after I received a mailer that said the benefit would decrease to 35% on 6/1.

Was it an old Plat from before the new benefits? Because I got my BP in December, and my letter specified that I would have a full year even though the terms are changing. This still doesn't answer your question though.

Yup, that was the reason for downgrade/upgrade...

How does the $15 uber credit work? If I put on my account a few platinum accounts it will automatically take off $15 each?

I had a plat a few years ago. Will I be able to get the bonus? if not I would upgrade my gold card .

Also, is this the best card for the most points on general spend? Im doing about 100k/month.

If you're spending in increments of $5k+ then the BP is a great option. You might want to get the new blue for business card for the first $50k of your spending but that's up to you if you want to split up your spending on multiple cards. Alternatively you could get a freedom unlimited and get the same 1.5 PPD without having to spend $5k in each transaction.
