Have they changed how long it takes for the 35% to be credited back to your account? I booked two flights almost 3 months ago and still haven't been credited.

no things haven’t changed but not always does it come through. You will have to call them and ask them to credit your account for the miles. Also ask them for a goodwill adjustment for the inconvenience.

I have been paying by closing date, without issue. I have been wondering the same though.

Dilemma on the AmEx Dell credits:
I don't currently have the Amex biz plat card so I asked three friends if I can split the charge on their cards and did so. The refund posted Already. Long story short Dell sent me the wrong computer and they insist that the only way to correct it is to return this one, refund the money, and the reorder the correct computer (they refuse to just exchange it for the correct one).
My question is what will happen with the Dell credits? Will they be pulled back? And if so, can they be used again? Or perhaps they will stay and then I can just charge the same amount to the card once the return refund hits so I can buy the computer again?
If anyone has any guidance or experience I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

You don't have to wait for the refund, you can buy the computer now splitting the payment the same way. Clawback often takes 6 months to allow enough time to make replacement purchases.

Is there a no AF Amex I can product change my Biz Plat to? I have a Gold and Plat and don't really see the need of spending $95/year for Green.

No. But if you downgrade to the green card you may get an upgrade offer sometime down the line that will more than compensate you for the $95 fee. Has happened to me on multiple accounts.

When they offer an upgrade offer can you do that even if you already have the card you would upgrade to?

I doubt you would get the upgrade offer if you currently have the card.
