My statement just closed and I don't see the points for 20K spend. I did receive the 150K bonus right after I met the spending. Should I call customer service?

they used it on the phone
can i use it again ?
on line or on the phone ?
when i tried on line the application came up
but without any bonus amount on the screen

I requested a negative balance transfer to another card, which had less than a $200 balance. They transferred the amount of the balance on the other card ($20), and removed the rest (it just said credit balance removal). Now I'm down $180. PUTPAC?
ETA: They told me there's a check in the mail. Now i feel stupid for calling. (I have $1000 in straight credits in the last couple of weeks. I was trying to avoid humans.)
