Not necessarily. Could have been apps with language as well, and he was approved for both on the same day.

I'm guessing with MPX it doesn't matter which GC you buy. Anyone know if they sell Best Buy?

When using targeted offer 100k offer for multiple people on same day, does the targeted person need to go 1st?
Anything else I need to know? Do they have to be different browser? incognito?

What do you mean it can't be changed?

Also saw this post
-1 I know someone who just did it. You may need to HUCA a hole bunch of times but it can be done.
sounds like it's pretty difficult to get multiple applications? Has it changed since then?

Personal RSVP's can't be changed online, only the one it's made out to can use it online.

I'm confused. I thought you said it can be reused multiple times?
If I received a code for 100k in the mail, can I use that code for second application for family member on the same day?
Personal or Business?
Personal.
It can be reused multiple times.

Oh. Can the person targeted do online? Does he need to go 1st? When I call up, I ask to be matched? or I say I got targeted offer in the mail? Sorry for a million question. Is there place where this mehalach was explained?

Can I do family member (myself) 1st, and that targeted person online?

Just called twice up for myself and they told me that can't do anything since names don't match???

Looked from reports that they weren't changeable over the phone either, I may be wrong.
You are wrong
Looks like he's right.
