Are you sure you are within the 60 days? If so you will definitely get it. If you don't see it in a few days, feel free to chat them.
Why do guys chat instead of call?

Didn't say I never call but chat is easier and faster IMO.

Thanks.

Also, to avoid the $300 anniversary AF, they told me the AU has 30 days after posting to downgrade to a green.

Is that better than closing the card and moving CL?

This is downgrading just the AU, not the primary card. And the biz plat is a charge card, there's no CL to transfer. As a business card, it has no effect on your score whether kept open or canceled.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Is there any loophole to get the priority pass card printed with a name other than the cardholder?
Or maybe any other idea?

By credit do you mean credit line? If that's what you mean then the answer is no, because a charge card does not come with a credit limit.

I believe it to be $300 for an additional Plat Biz card.

Am I correct in my understanding that if I plan on cancelling the plat card and would like to get Global Entry for a family member that i should just add an AU, pay for GE, then cancel the card and I'll get reimbursed the $300 that i paid for the AU?
