Just as a BTW; not sure if anyone has commented or noticed this. Every new biz platinum account (not sure if only biz, maybe also personal) that's downgraded to green, gets a 5k MR bonus, no matter if you had a bonus with the platinum card you signed up for. I had several accounts like this. Logged into my newly downgraded account today and saw this 5k mr gift posted

Just got this on a Biz Plat app and on the phone they're telling me they didn't even pull my CR. Any way past this?

Update: Now it says "in Progress" online after it said "cancelled." I need to get this thing approved today...

It's been sent off for review. 4 calls now, and they keep referencing my prior calls. It was cancelled off the bat as a duplicate.

Will this be a second pull in a few days? Not worrying about the bonus for now.
