I'm using bill pay for the first time without using bluebird/serve. The bank is asking for the address to send Payment. What is it?

In order to get into a delta club with a platinum card you need to have a delta boarding pass, correct? What are deltas cancellation policy's? Can I by a ticket in the airport get the boarding pass and then cancel?

So if you downgrade, the AF gets prorated, but if you close, you get the whole thing back?

I downgraded and then shut down and even the prorated part from the plat was removed

Interesting. Was the closure within 60 days of the initial AF being billed?

You got 2 separate credits? Green credit and plat credit?

There may have been a mistake but it showed the $450 charge on the account even free I downgraded and the please pay by date was past but they weren't bothering me sink waited for them to adjust the fee and then the statement closed and they started saying how my account was overdue so j called them and they adjusted it to make the account not overdue and then i told her I wanted to cancel and she just got rid of everything

Oh so it was a manual override. No bearing on a regular downgrade.

Curious, since your account was overdue, weren't your points forfeited?
