for the 200$ airline credit, is there any reason to buy 2 100$ cards or just 1 200$ card? idk why someone said he bought 2 cards...? suspicious??

Just as a data point, I bought a $100 Amazon gc on May 31, and I didn't get the credit.

You probably did not select an airline or selected the wrong one.

You know what , I think you're right. I selected it on a different platinum card and did it on that card, then I did it on this card without selecting anything.

So I applied for the DDMS 100k link and just hit my 3000$ spend and the 100K points posted. I plan to downgrade or cancel the account once I transfer the points does it make sense to wait for the 3000 pending points to post? How long does that take? Is there a way to speed up that process?
Your points are probably frozen either way

You transferred online, or over the phone?

Hi all! I know this must have been asked 1,000 times on this forum, buy I don't seem to find it.

My Amex Biz Platnium renewed last month and the $450 got billed to my account. I do not want the card, but need a solution for the 175K miles sitting in the account.

I do not have any immediate redemption needs, but do not want to sell them.

What are the best options here?

Thank you!

Apply for a free MR earning card, the Amex Everyday card. Once that is set up, cancel the platinum card.
