I called to cancel rep said since my annual fee was charged before September 1st I still get the 60 days after it being billed to get it back has anyone heard this?

Looks like the no language offers are back... 75k/5k for BGR and 150k/15k (100k after $5k and 50k after $10k). Amex just send out a fresh batch

Amex clawed back 100k promotional points a month after they posted from me because I immediately downgraded the card to green after receiving the points. (at least that's what a couple of reps told me). Has this ever happened to anyone?
No MS and nothing shady. Everything was legit spend.
seems like I'm hitting a brick wall.

No disrespect to you but some people are so greedy. You got 100k points, you got a $200 airline fee reimbursement and will get another $200 on Jan 1, plus free global entry why dont you just leave the card open until next year and then downgrade it.

Yes. You are right. Although I would never consider myself greedy as I don't  MS or any non straight up airline credits. But I'll take your mussar anyhow and I'll know for next time.
Anyhow the latest rep said that I didn't keep the card open for the required 92 day time frame and there is nothing they can do to reverse it. IIRC I downgraded it at 90 days or something like that.
So aside from mussar anyone have any advice.
