Just Doesn't look like it, Wouldn't someone like Dan that has an affiliate link know from his contacts if its considered a new product or not, without having to wait for someone to report back ?

The problem is that to get results will take a few weeks. To know if its a new product.   But would it make sense to apply and then fight it if i have a chat i.d. stating that it is a new product?

I'm not sure I'd trust them at this point - in terms of the chat holding any bearing - with all the other nonsense AMEX is doing...

Amex will tell you straight up that their chat reps are clueless and what they say is meaningless.
