For the 50% MR points rebate you have to choose a "qualifyin airline".  Does anyone know where I can see a list of qualifying airlines? Is Norwegian an option? Can you still get the rebate if you fly on a non-qualifying airline?  I'm talking about economy tickets.

It is only for US based airlines. You can see all options by logging into your amex account

I bought gift cards from delta.com for $50 each to trigger the airline incidental benefit. Its worked for me in the past. This is time it seems that it is not working. Any new DP's on this?

are you sure you selected delta?
Wouldn't be shocked to hear that it has changed due to the recent Amex changes....

Is this confirmed? Are the Delta GC no longer accepted toward the $200 incidentals?

Is there any way to get the 50% points rebate in coach if the airline is not one of those listed in the choices when chosing your prefered airline?

If I had the Centurion, it would be big enough to compensate
