I called in and asked about why the 50% weren't posting even though some of the travel was already completed. I was told there was nothing they can do as they no longer have the ability to manually process the rebate and I have to wait the 10 weeks. Is DROPR or should I keep calling? It seems that others have been able to get them to make an "exception" and process the 50% back.

I tried seven times. No luck. One rep told me after two weeks they could manually process it. The rest told me that there is no such thing and it's all automatic.

Bump. Asking because A. it's not 4x (or 5x or anything else) the amount I spent on the tickets. B. I paid with Biz plat with Pay with points. Officialy, and according to reports, not supposed to work. C. I had to cancel those tickets, and these points posted a couple of days after cancelling.

I'm assuming they will claw back, but I not sure what those points are for in the first place, due to A.

On MR summary of points, I have points earned from Amex 5X TLS? Is that from 5x for booking on Amex Travel?
