Stay on the payment page for a one minute or so. Also make sure to disable your ad blocker.

Needed roadside assistance the other day on the side of the garden state parkway. Amex couldn't come out because roadside is restricted to GSP authorized companies. I ended up paying for services myself, anyway to get reimbursed? I called but no luck.
(I can try AAA but name on receipt doesn't match membership name)

Rep actually brought it up when downgrading, told me to select the airline when I get the card because the benefit does reset. Now that's not a bad deal!

used to work in the past. I have seen a couple reports of clawbacks in this situation recently though so YMMV.

Not really sure what category this falls into, but it's somewhat connects here...

I needed to book tickets today, and was planning to do so via my MR with my BP. For some reason while adding an infant, and afterwards even without, the flights I was seeing on DL's website and GF were not showing up on the travel portal. I called in, and was placed on hold for close to 20 min, then bounced to another rep and another. The last rep I spoke to told me she couldn't see the flight I was looking at, and I had to walk her through every step until she found it, at which point the flight had gone up close to $50. I was transferred to the amex.com rep, who rudely told me that if I can't see it, tough luck. I'm stuck with an itinerary that isn't the most ideal, and would like to possibly change it if something better comes along, but am not sure what the best approach here is. Any advice or input is appreciated.

Find someone who will make a one time exception for you and book yourself.
