I just added 4-AU's the phone reps disclosure had a new line about me or au downgrading or cancelling avvount within 12 months. Is this new? Never been an issue before...

Targeted. They may not tell you if it's in the system, but if it isn't, theres nothing you can do.

I have never heard of them clawing back if canceling AFTER one full year after the AF posts.
Has anyone been clawed back doing this?

Either way, I'd prefer downgrading over cancelling if there's a NO AF option or a downgrade option worth paying for.
