I just opened a pb card and I bought an Elal ticket with points but since Amex first charges the card and then deducts the points it triggered my welcome bonus. Can I spend the points already or they’ll claw it back?

Don't know about Dell credit. But they sell some kind of Xbox gift card that works on all Microsoft products (like the Surfaces). Never had a BP myself so this is all coming from things I've read.

Correct, but they almost always cancel the order. You need to get very lucky for it to go through.

I realized right after my purchase that I didn't enroll in the dell credit yet, and I enrolled about 5 minutes later. Do I have to worry about not getting the credit?

The purchase showed up immediately but obviously hasn't posted yet

I then tried applying for the Amex rose gold card but got the same pop up so I didn't proceed. I have never owned either of these cards. I currently have the Amex blue and blue preferred and Amex Marriot cards in addition to numerous chase and citi cards. I have an excellent credit score. Any idea why I wouldn't be eligible for a welcome bonus if I never got these card bonuses and is there a way to become eligible? Thank you.

Just spend regularly on your current amex cards for a few months and you'll stop getting the popup (hopefully). Worked for me.
