Can anyone confirm that no fee AU's (additional business expense card) on the business platinum card get the global entry fee credit? As via chat recently was told only the fee paid AU's receive it.

I know you've mentioned it qualifies on DDMS but wasn't sure if anything changed since they changed the card to a business expense card and no recent DPs.

My personal amex plat fee posted 1/24 so I need to decide ASAP if im downgrading or keeping the card. I chatted with them and they said the best retention offer they could give me is 25,000 Membership Rewards® points after you spend $3,000 or more on purchases on your Platinum Card account within 3 months of accepting this offer. Wanted to see if this is a good offer and see others thoughts? TIA

For the record looks like this came in effect some time over the summer without notice.

I had multiple large transactions not earn points.

PayPal F&F. Kind of stings to pay 3% and not mitigate part of it with earning rewards. Some transactions same vendor earned in beginning of August, stopped in mid August. No prior (or post) notification.

Amex has a horrible calculation system for when asking how much spent towards SUB.
