Not that it's a bad offer, but I've seen on the Amex app (and email) an offer for 250k on 15k spend for the business platinum.

No, still Uber cash.

You still get it as uber cash, but the backup payment method for your order or ride needs to be an Amex so if there is any excess amount above the Uber cash it will get charged to that.
