so if I haven't had a charge card recently, I should just use one of the links in the last few pages, and should be able to get the 50K?

can't even speak for those, i think you just made it under the radar before they completely integrated the new rules.   i had some cards from around then that i got the bonus on...  since slightly after that, i haven't gotten anything.   

of course in general it's possible that a new delta/spg # might help getting around the new rules... i guess that depends how they set it up.

Update. I sent sm and got denied on 50K bonus on my platinum card because I have the card within 12 months. I will try send sm again in a few days, but no confidence that I will eventually get it.

I got a PRG bonus in July and October? How do you explain that?

True. Also we have to figure out the 12 months. starts from the time you get the card or the time you cancel the card.  Otherwise we may never get the points  :)

It sounds like the clock may start when you cancel the card.  I waited out a PRG bonus that never came (8 weeks as of yesterday); the last PRG card and bonus was over a year ago but I only cancelled that card a few months ago.  So I have had that product in the last 12 months.   I guess I can send a futile SM and see the response!
