Can be used to purchase gift cards or anywhere you can key in a card.
Must meet with cash in person. Either Brooklyn or Monsey.

Well, I have no experience with this.
If anyone can give me the going rate, I would appreciate that.
I'm sure everyone would love a low-ball offer.
Looking at the different gift cards that go on sale for a few % off the retail price, I thought that this, which can be used anywhere, (vs only at one retailer) would be worth more , or just an easier sell.
But I appreciate your comment anyway, as if I am completely off base, I will just load it up into my Amazon gift card balance or my local grocery bill, I guess.

Keying is not a big deal. You have liquidation cost with each card. More profit on 500's.

Most buying these cards just liquidate them. Like billpay, money orders and other ways.
