URL doesn't have any unique identifying markers. It's just a page in a "coupon book".
Change the number at the end to CouponPage2 (/3/4) to see additional coupons available.

I don't think it's unique. Therefore you can technically reuse it in seperate transactions, but probably they frown on that at JCP

Coupon worked for me, my wife and our three children... We fanned out across the store.  It didn't really "work", but the cashier or manager gave it to us.
