So I was thinking about how things change around here. People who haven't been here (Yerushalayim) in a while need a guide to places that have undergone radical change.
Like, if you haven't been in 15 years, check out Rechov Yafo.
If you haven't been here in 10 years, check out Tenuva.
If you haven't been here in 5 years, check out Schneller.
If you haven't been here in 2 years, check out Ramat Eshkol now that all those Tama projects are done.
If you haven't been here in a year, check out Tzomet Ramot.
If you haven't been here in a few months, check out Bar Ilan. And that goes for EVERY few months.
If you haven't been here since last week, check out Rechov Shargai. They just radically redesigned the street and everything.

You fellows have anything to add to this? Pretty sure the list would be huge.

A $74 item can cost $74 to ship to Israel or $80 to ship to NY.
But if you want a different color, it suddenly does not qualify for free shipping to Israel and now costs $97 to ship, even though both are being sold by Amazon.
If the first item costs $75, it can cost $88.50 to ship to Israel and $80 to ship to NY. 

The world is nuts.
