At face value forever stamps are currently .49 which would make 90 stamps 44.10. This code would make those 90 stamps $43 so they are not quite 20% off but you are getting them shipped for free.

Did anyone actually receive these stamps?  I placed an order, said they shipped but never got it.  Called Amazon they said it seems it never shipped so they credited me.
