Service on both genetally lag their European and Asian counterparts. Food-wise, it's all the same garbage for kashrus-observant folks.  To me, though, it doesn't matter: I bring my own and have them heat it up.

On that note I have a Noobish question. Couldn't you just find out who booked the ticket by seeing the name on the reservation?

Another question: would it have a difference if the Supreme Court ruled in the Ginsburg case that miles are currency. Maybe the airlines would've been forced to have "bank like" protections?

I'm sure that you're not the only one this has happened to. I've heard tons of stories from people getting fuel points from stores stolen (easy hack) to this weeks Apple issue (much more complicated). But maybe you can initiate some real change that would benefit the rest of us (including noobs)
