Booked a BRG through the site at a HI on Sunday night, my CC was charged. No updates to my offer. Guess BRG doesn't work.

IHG stays can take up to a week or 2 to reflect in your account. Even if you dont get points or stay credit it will report a "non qulifying stay" under recent activity so sit tight.
I ounce had a paid BRG and didint see anything for two weeks, then one morning I woke up to 5000 new points due to plat+promos, gotta love IHG :-)

Had same. On app it now shows :

1) Stay twice and get a free night or 25,000 points or 10,000 miles (1,250 AIR MILES or 160 Airpoints). Must book direct.

2)Stay twice again and get a 2nd free night or 25000 bonus points or 10,000 miles. Must book direct.

Is there any way to split up a 4 night stay (Th-M) to separate reservations - 3 of them points, and one of them cash - to qualify as a weekend stay under this promotion?
