From T-Mobile's website, it seems like family plans can only have up to 6 lines.

I called them up, and they said I can have up to 10 lines on my family plan.

My friend who's in charge of my account, he called up tmobile and had them upgrade the plan, being that we had 30 lines on our plan we had to brake them up into separate account. (10 in each plan)

Curious why not switch to sprint's promotional $100 plan including 10 lines and 20gb data considering Sprint will pay cancellation fees too?

T-Mobile is unlimited (although after 2.5gb it slows down considerably.)

They never stop to amaze me

I added $10 a month to my bill of 7 lines and I now get unlimited international texting, unlimited land line calling to 70 countries, and unlimited cell phone calling to 30 countries. (Israel is reduced from $1.99 a min to .20 a min)

I have only got 2 GB so far! (started with 1gb)
You can now have data stash for all your unused data!

What did you say to them? Usually get those helpless reps who don't know any English!

Jusy double check your bill because I had an incident recently where the rep made it sound like they're just updating something for free and then I got the bill and she had changed the plan to a more expensive  one

i had that also reecntly but they were able to change  it back for me.

this  is the same type of promo that bumped me from 1gb to 2.5gb and now they have a new promo to bump you to 4gb until 2019.

i called when the promo came out 1-2 months ago and was told my plan (business) was not eligible but i called again and they added it for me.

I heard recently that with their transitioning to only unlimited, for everyone who's grandfathered in they're dropping they're lowest tier and bumping everyone up a level.

How much data does one need for Binge on my 2.5GB plan clams it has it but according to the website you need 4GB or 6...

every plan is enrolled in Binge-on you just dont get most of the benefits unless you are in the higher data plans.

I asked them last night and they told me that you only qualify if you are paying for data.
