So I just went into a BBB with my original receipt and my stroller. Asked for an exchange. The employee first said no bec of new rules that they don't take returns and I have to contact the manufacturer directly. I said this is absurd. The manager just walked by and asked what. I said I have the receipt and I bought at BBB for the return policy and I wanted to even exchange the stroller. She saw the receipt said 2012 and said shell let it go. Employee went and refunded me the original amount instead of letting me even exchange it.
she said this way you'll buy a new one and I asked is it the same price she said ya.... But its not. Its 180 more
no way I'm buying a new one now.
