It also looks like you can only pay each bill once an hour and you can't split tender. Meaning, you can use a $500 GC to pay you SP bill, but then can't pay the SP bill again for an hour. Which, besides for the time annoyance, means a $1000 bill will cost you $7.95 x 2. I think VGC and WM will do just fine for now.
