It was sold in mainstream chains a few years back but didn't take off.
There are plenty of regular deodorants here (not antiperspirant), the best made by Nivea and Speed Stick (made in USA).  It costs a lot more than in the US, but I've seen the large 3oz. Speed Sticks in Musk and Original for 18-20 ₪ at times, usually in major supermarkets like ShuferSal and Yayanot Bitan.

The other option is to order Old Spice on eBay/Amazon if you're willing to wait.  Last I checked, Amazon had a 6 pack of the Original Old Spice in 3.25oz. that came to around 16-18₪ a stick, including shipping to Israel with tracked delivery by courier.  Just go in 2-3 ways with some friends if you don't need 6!
