Got one from there too very happy with it. Don't be mislead by his being so easy to bargain with he starts at an insanely high price & easily goes down to lower than 75% which isn't saying much

There are many brands.Moishe's, Elis, Zookies, Menachems.... Available at every makolet and grocery in american neighborhoods.

European is for some reason always cut smaller and softer (mush) and slightly slimier with higher salt content.
Don't know if it's dependent on the american/european fish or just the way it's made.
