Was initially like that kikar shabbos and king george.  It's probably just until they run out of USD in those machines. They probably won't be refilled.

I watched an American try to take out $ on his 360 card but the option was unavailable. Someone then tried an Israeli card and it did offer $. I then tried another US card but also got no offer.

I have American cards and Israeli ones. I experienced the same at kikar shabbos myself. Now kikar shabbos does not offer USD to Israeli cards.

I use Netvision as a VOIP landline. I just added fax to email and fax sending for 10 shek a month. A bit cheaper than the monthly rate at myfax.
