I need a Zpack antibiotic for someone in Jerusalem.
Anywhere I can get it still before Shabbos?

Not that its going to help you now, but for future reference, theres always a "merkachat toran" open with late hours somewhere in JLM. There should be a visible sign in the front of any closed pharmacy with the details of that week/months schedual of wich one is which day.
There are also many medicine gemachim (Yes, they will give you perscription only medicine), check a newcomers guide or hamadrich hachareidi
Many chain pharmacies are open till 4 or 5 on summer fridays.

I've also witness stores selling items from Israel for 100-150% or $2,000 more than worth because people aren't aware that they can call up the manufacturer in Israel and have them ship this item for free.
Pretty much any painting.
I don't think that that supports the acusation at all.
Anyone who buys art anything knows that its cheaper to buy from the creator than the third middleman.

Okay but to sell a $2,000 item for $5k? That's a little ridiculous

1. It's art. The value is what people are willing to pay for it, not what the dealer/retailer paid the artist.
2. correct me if i'm wrong, but as far as i know the retail markup of most items is 40%+ over the wholesale price. not sure what your issue is.

You also have a problem with Eichlers charging $40 for a sefer you can get at Next to the Mir for 40 shek?

Question, I am looking for a way to have high speed WiFi while I am in Israel for one month. What’s my best bet? Is there such thing as a high speed hotspot like in America?

I spoke to them. It’s $12 a day. I’m looking what people in israel do if they need short term
Emkay are you still in israel with all the answers? It’s been 6 years since I lived there

We are tourists and go to a local cell store and they have what we need, a hotspot and a sim card  It's not expensive. I'm not sure of the details and what you call high speed but I don't think it's a big deal.

Could be things changed. I always used a smartphone as a hotspot and got pretty good speed. I paid around 40 shekel a month going a year or two.
Not sure what the deal with it is now, but short term is much more expensive. (Ask your LOR what to do) Most won't sell you regular service if you tell them you're getting regular service for a month. The only way they make money if your with them for more than 3 months.
