Osher Ad usually has kirkland 1.75 for 99 shek. It was not in stock today. (Rav Shefa location)

If you drive then  you may want to buy by the Arab's who sell them across the road from the entrance to beitar ilit. You don't' have to go into Husan its on the road . I can't guarantee they are always there but I've seen it multiple times. Probably cheap, but i don't know if they are real.....

My local Maayan has them about 1/3rd of the time.
I don't recall seeing them anywhere consistently, but I don't frequent the dedicated Chad Paami stores...
If I needed anything Chad Paami in an emergency and was not sure I would find it, I would go to the store in Geulah on one of the alleys (the one that goes down the stairs to go in - should be the second alley on the right, I think, coming down Malchei Yisrael from Kikar Shabbos). You should check there if you are desperate. You can probably even buy the covers there seperately.
