Just saw them for the first time. I didn't try them yet but they certainly look good. (Next time I need to visit the bank, I think. I use Mizrachi.)

Yes! Theres a a store in geula (the name is "kitchen" somthing) that has an Israeli version of the betty crocker pizza maker. I have one and love it!

Theres a place on Bar Ilan near Eli that sells a wide range of Gas grills.
you could also try somethimg like KSP

Terem (used to be very long line and no great doctor)

Dr slater in arzei
At night Dr Stein in sorotzkin (also lines)
Bikurofe in bed hadfus or yad Sara by yefe not are like terems too (urgent cares)
