Well, that would depend on the muffin and the ice coffee. For the best muffin I know (at least with a hechsher I would be willing to eat) and an ice coffee with all the toppings (vanilla ice cream too), I would charge around $20 plus delivery, which is between $11 and $16 depending on where in Yerushalayim.
