This is probably not that helpful but I think the tishbi winery in binyamina is the importer and they sell it at the gift shop

Well, that would depend on the muffin and the ice coffee. For the best muffin I know (at least with a hechsher I would be willing to eat) and an ice coffee with all the toppings (vanilla ice cream too), I would charge around $20 plus delivery, which is between $11 and $16 depending on where in Yerushalayim.
But I would first recommend
