Though, IIRC they have monthly passes, where you can use it unlimited.

Very vague question.
If you are in a Chutznik area (or a place where Chutznikim visit), any local bookstore (and if not that one, the one across the street).
If you are in a totally Israeli area, nowhere.

By best do you mean cheapest? or delivered? or in stock so you can pick it up today?

Yes sorry to clarify, best meaning cheapest. I’m not in a huge rush. Pricing in Israel on Artscroll is way higher than in the US. (Especially during black friday sale)

If you have any plans of ever emigrating ... When it goes on sale via Shankys will  likely be your best bet (factoring in shipping to the US)

How much would it cost in the US BF plus shipping to IL? or have it brought to IL slowly as you need it?

Anyone have any experience charging a Dell laptop in Israel? Do I need a converter or just an Israeli plug? The brick on the charger says I put up to 240V but want to hear from anyone that actually did this.

Why post on where can I get it if you only want to buy on Amazon?

You can get it locally at ksp or any electronics store
Or AliExpress, selling you the same thing you're going to pay extra for to buy from amazon
