Can't promise delivery to bayit vegan, but I could pick whatever you want up from chanan (which has a decent selection) or Hakol legan on the way home, and worst case s/o can get it from my house next to tachana merkazit. (or I can send it in a cab?)

@thaber - Chavakuk just sent out an email in which they promise to prepare an order for quick pickup - only for those with a moadon. They are located on Malchei Yisrael, right where the 39 from Bayit Vegan stops. It doesn't look like they do deliveries but they should have a much better selection than Chanan.

basically any money changer will do, esp those in charedi areas.
The question is how much $ you are talking about, and if it's worth it making yourself crazy to find a changer with a better rate, or local convenience is better....
The best rate is going to be doing it privately w/ s/o who needs $ in the US and has shekel...
A sign in the Mir or a similar location will do wonders for that.
(Here too, sometimes within 20 minutes - just ask @moko )

It was news for me too.
$20K Chase to a Leumi IL account, via Wise. Wise did the conversion from $ to NIS - which may be the difference...
paid just over $125 to wise and thats it.
