And FTR, the OU's (and RB is the co-posek - with RHS - for the OU) official policy is that any frozen strawberries are kosher to eat, and they don't even need a hechsher, period!

Yes, past tense. Now the only way is peeling fresh ones (and cutting in half), pulverizing fresh ones or buying frozen. (I also don't get why frozen is ok)

OT sort of: Same with corn on the cob kernals. Either checking each kernal (

You are evidently not involved in this sugya (or you would understand frozen) so I'm not going to get involved in a long argument but you are wrong about the fresh

I'm looking for a very large nice canvas picture I can hang above my couch. I found a pretty decent option in the shuk but I'm looking for other alternatives (obviously price minded)

i saw some things in a store on yaffo near the shuk that were nice recently - heading towards ben yehuda. This might be the place you were referring to.

I didn't find specifically what I was looking for in the store on yaffo, though it seems to have very good prices.
I ended up buying a 80x130 cm handpainted picture in the shuk
