As a buchir I went to Dr. Stein & he chraged me 70 NIS for the visit including anti-bacteria pills, & he also had to cut up a bit to take out puss, all for 70 NIS!!
BTW thruout the day he sits & learns!

Geula/ Mea Shearim would be best bet, there is a place 500 feet up straus on the right that is an official stamp place, I'd go there first but it's a little hard to find.
