Very true, but in the past few months prices have come down.  And if you search hard enough, sometimes you can find those "hidden jewels" that are still worthwhile.  I bought my son a Nerf gun that goes for 200-220 shekels here for only about 50 shekels including shipping from Amazon.

Also the Old Spice deal I mentioned above.  There's another deal for Listerine mouthwash, even with shipping it comes out to about half the price you would pay here.
