If it's not something that's too big to fit through the door, it's probably cheaper to hire day laborers to carry it all up for you by hand.

If for some reason that doesn't work for him, there's also the option of using a winch from a balcony or the top of a stairwell of either of those locations is in a good position for that.
I saw someone on a top floor in a building that has a stairwell with a big hollow space in the middle and they installed a winch on the ceiling to bring groceries up from the ground floor. Granted, @jose34 probably won't want to do that for a 1-day job....
