Where can I get it? (Israel edition)

Anyone have experience shipping Amazon products to Israel? (If there's a better thread to post this in, pls lmk.) I have 2 questions:

1. If something has an MSRP and regular price of over $70 but is on sale for much less, which value is used when calculating whether Israel will charge taxes on it? (Does Amazon print the reg price on the customs declaration, or sale price? Do the Israelis look at the declaration or open it and evaluate it themselves?)

2. Acc to Israel's tax website: "Two packages or more that are sent from the same supplier to the same customer within up to 72 hours will be considered a single consignment that was split, and import taxes will be calculated based on the aggregate value of all the goods." Practically, is this rule enforced? If I order 15-20 Amazon orders of $60 each, will they tax them?

Update: Got my first package today, sale price of $67.54 and MSRP/Amazon reg price much higher,  no tax charged for it.  Package was ripped open and not even taped shut so I assume they checked it at customs. All contents were intact. I'll try to report back when I get the next couple of packages. May not be within 72 hrs so idk if we'll get to see whether they enforce that rule....

(FYI: Amazon included shipping costs in the total on the shipping label even though Israel isn't supposed to charge tax if shipping puts you over $70.)

Just received a shipment from amazon that was on sale for $50 but on the amazon label, it said $98. If anyone has an idea how to get my tax deposit back that would be great.

Amazon. Nope. All under $70. They must've used the MSRP plus shipping.

Smaller house one. Been looking for one all week and haven't found one yet. Got a few reactions like I was crazy though. 
I haven't tried a tambor store yet. That's my next step.  Figured I'd ask though.

Update: Shipped 5 Amazon packages of $67 each, all arrived within 24 hours of the first one and they did not combine value to charge tax.

Amazon used 2 separate shipping companies to Israel (who both used the same delivery company in Israel) but either company's batch was over $70 and still no taxes charged.

Anyone else having trouble with Bezeq internet today? Mine hasn't worked all morning, called Bezeq and they said 099 (my ספק) is having widespread outages. Called 099 and there's nobody to speak to, just a recording saying that they're having widespread outages and have a nice day. Anything to do, or just wait it out?
