Anyone know where I can get nice furniture (not like the standard furniture that they have in all the furniture stores here). More American style kind of bedroom sets and dining room sets..

Don't know if this is the best thread to post in but I'm possibly looking for a place to stay or rent for Pesach, preferably as close to Paran as possible.

You can try here but it's not too active. What's much much more likely to be successful is whatsapp groups. There are 2 that I know of for rentals in Israel (each with ~250 ppl) and these days they're both flooded with people trying to rent out their places for pesach. PM me for links.

TBH I don't know exactly as I'm not looking to rent one or to rent one out, but I think most people just try to recoup their rent, so anywhere from 3500-4400 for a 1 br for a month, 4500-6000 for a 2 br. I think supply is much higher than demand for pesach (as opposed to sukkos), so I don't know if people try to make much of a profit.

As it gets closer to pesach I imagine there's much more room to negotiate as unfortubately lots of people will be looking to recoup whatever they can and not let their place sit empty when they're paying for it.

in a bag. I haven't seen it in grocery stores.
They sell it in most grocery stores, but it's in a clear, plastic bucket.

+1; wait a couple weeks so many apt out there.
Prices also depend on which neighborhood;
