Anyone have a hotspot I can borrow for 4 days for guests who "need" wifi? Preferbally in RE/Ma'alot Dafna
 area, anywhere else in Jerusalem is also good.

Every Tambur or Electronic store should have them. The guy near Mir with kollel prices is decently priced.
