Pirsumit full of home sellers of contacts and they usually also sell solution. Otherwise there are Superpharm branches.

Unaware of the existance of such a list, If one exists, I would pressume that Chaim V'chessed or Ezras Achim has it.

Also clarify what do you call "english speaking. Is it:
All members speak english &
The Rav speaks english &
The announcements are in english
Or
There are some english speaking members...

The list will be different depending on the criteria.

We can prob do that ourselves here, bec there arent that many that fit that criteria.
Prob under 10 total.
Remove a filter and you'll get a larger number.
(These criteria mean that there are areas with major english speaking population whos shuls wouldnt be on the list)

also do you mean full service shuls or also shabbos minyanim?
