Google voice can  only record incoming calls not outgoing

Hangouts worked great calling the USA from a store in israel on my iphone! Thanks.

Hangouts which worked fine until now, is claiming that i can't use the dialer anymore, it's only for sms.
Anybody else has had issues with Hangouts?
Btw, i don't seem to be able to get a google voice number, hae they stopped giving them out?

Ok so hangouts will work to call USA from there depending on which carrier you have but I know that golan it would be 001 and then the number. For a google voice number you need to have a American IP address to get a number.

hangouts worked excellently on wifi, it started giving me some probems so i tried to reinstall the dialer.Now the dialer won't let me dial

Try uninstall in both and reinstalling both.

Worked fine for me from Israel to US, as well as in Israel to an American VOIP in Israel.

Just a data point that google hangouts isn't free when calling into free dial in conference call centers/numbers.

Otherwise I use it daily!
